Even when I'm fat and I realize  it without needing others to tell  me , I'm enjoying myself being me . I believes even if one is FAT or whatsoever , one has the ability to be pretty , beautiful , hot or whatsover character of people they want it . :D
My new year resolution : GET SLIM DOWN by doing workouts for sure ! I love FOODS a lot but I think it's time to get some weight loss before it's too late .  :)  -xoxo-

Think-over as if it just happen .

It's been sometimes since I last blogged . Oh well . I have interest in blogging but just my laziness strikes me that makes me blogged in my phone's memo app instead of blogging in the blog page I've created .
Hmm, what should I blog today ? Why not blog about anything that comes to my mind ; a random blog post  . 2013 is coming to an end . It's 3 Dec '13 now . In another 28  more days , a new brand new year is gonna emerge us . THE ULTIMATE 2014. Looking two years back ; one year and half to be more accurate , I was a SPM leaver who just scores 6 As out of 9 subjects  ; a mixture of all types of As namely A+ , A and A- . I'm actually kind of disappointed with what I got for my results cause it's obviously and seriously not good enough . Okay , back to the main topic I was about to say was I've took up my decision to join Form 6 though I was planned to pursue A-levels and take up Law Degree ; LLB . But due to some constraints , mainly it's because of financial aid , I've gotta let go my initial purpose on going into college I would really like to join . Well , in the end , by joining Form 6 (pre-u) is not a bad choice though . I still get to learn everything I required to . This whole one and a half years isn't a tough year nor an easy year to go through . Struggling in studies sometimes. Getting stress up caused it was really hectic . Unlike those years , STPM was designated for students to be well-prepared for one and a half years before facing their final examinations but for now ; starting from 2012 , pre-u students have 3 semester based of STPM to go through .AND WE HAVE ASSIGNMENTS TO DO ! That's mean that we , the pre-U students are gonna face thrice STPM  . And this is really godness to me  . Why do I said so ? Caused each semester consists of  only  4 to 5 months . And it's seriously not enough cause in each semester , there's a lot of chapters in each syllabus . And I'm taking up 4 different subjects namely Pengajian Am which is a must to take , Business ( Pengajian Perniagaan ) , Economics and Mathematics ( M) . Of all the subjects , Maths was the worst subject for me caused since primary school - I'm so poor in scoring Maths , yet I still wanna take up this subject . * I think I'm crazy .LOL
And during the first semester test , I'm able to score 4.0 for both papers  (PA and Econs ) whilst for business , I just scored 3.33 which  I don't really satisfied with the pointer I got . But however it is , the worst thing is I got 0 pointer for Maths and this means that I failed . This is seriously terrible ! *And I didn't take up any tuition class for Maths and PA . The time goes day by day and now , I'm officially finish my course in taking pre-U . Officially graduated .Semester 2 and 3 was over too . Finally finish enduring it . Yesterday was the last test I'm going thru . Worked hard ! Hope that everything will turn out to be the good one . I'm obviously craving for good grades . Okay , I think I blabbered too much . hehehe . Time to stop blogging huh . heheheh It's 1.24 am now and I'm still alive . Truly thank GOD for everything He has done to me . Being grateful for everything I've gone thru . It may be hard sometimes but life without hard times isn't called a LIFE . At least once in a while , we've to gone thru some ups and downs . Just remember to stay tough no matter what happens cause I believe HE will gives us the best thing he could give to us . Anddddd . Sad to say that I'm still SINGLE . Sort of sad cause at times , when I'm lonely , I just need that someone to motivate me , talk to me , cuddle me and do everything with me except sins . Single for 19 years . Hmm . Hope and wish I could find the right one for me when I'm in Uni life later . *finger-crossed

Gingvitis :( - PERIODONTAL DISEASE

This few months are gonna drive me crazy . Babies of  JULY , AUGUST , SEPTEMBER ,OCTOBER and NOVEMBER are gonna make me stress . 5  months of stressing . I must endure this ! I must!!
Lots of assignments have to do . MUET test on 4 July . Semester three exams is coming . Oh gawddd! I will be crazy soon . This is really a stress life of a student . A pre-university student to be exact . Oh by the way , I just clean my teeth today . What I meant was mouth washing . Not really painful but it's a bit scary . The dentist washed away the plaques . Done this cleaning process in the Dr Chai Dental Cinic in Jinjang . Costs me about RM 60 . The duration is around like 15 Minutes . Oh well , start to take care it more often . Wont wanna have Gingivitis . Which I suspect I had it because I had fulfilled the symptoms :

• Bad breath (halitosis)
• Swollen gums
• Bright red or purple gums
• Gums that are tender or painful to the touch
• Bleeding gums or bleeding after brushing

THE CAUSE OF GINGIVITIS 

Because plaque-induced gingivitis is by far the most common form of gingival diseases, the following sections will deal primarily with this condition.

The etiology, or cause, of plaque-induced gingivitis is bacterial plaque, which acts to initiate the body's host response. This, in turn, can lead to destruction of the gingival tissues, which may progress to destruction of the periodontal attachment apparatus.^[6] The plaque accumulates in the small gaps between teeth, in the gingival grooves and in areas known as plaque traps: locations that serve to accumulate and maintain plaque. Examples of plaque traps include bulky and overhanging restorative margins, claps of removable partial dentures and calculus (tartar) that forms on teeth. Although these accumulations may be tiny, the bacteria in them produce chemicals, such as degrative enzymes, and toxins, such as lipopolysaccharide (LPS, otherwise known asendotoxin) or lipoteichoic acid (LTA), that promote an inflammatory response in the gum tissue. This inflammation can cause an enlargement of the gingiva and subsequent formation.

Therefore , to prevent this disease to attack us , be sure that you had a clean teeth all the time. Brush your teeth twice a daily . Use mouthwash after brushing . Do flossing . Try to rinse your mouth whenever you have eaten foods ( exclude the brushing section ) for brunch , lunch or whatsoever . And oh ya . Brush your teeth in a circular motion or in vertical way . Don't brush your teeth in a horizontal way as it could hurt your gums and cause it bleeds -just like me . Protect them ! :)

HAZE - A killing environment

Haze ! According to the wikipedia , Haze is traditionally an atmospheric phenomenon where dust, smoke and other dry particles obscure the clarity of the sky. The World Meteorological Organization manual of codes includes a classification of horizontal obscuration into categories of fog, ice fog, steam fog, mist, haze, smoke, volcanic ash, dust, sand and snow.^[1] Sources for haze particles include farming (ploughing in dry weather), traffic, industry, and wildfires. 

Since the haze is getting terrible everywhere especially in my housing area ; Petaling Jaya here , everyone should take precautions on behalf of it . Well , if you don't take this matter seriously , do you know that :

The health effects of haze are mainly caused by the irritant effects of fine dust particles on the nose, throat, airways, skin and eyes. The health effects of haze will depend on its severity as measured by the Pollutants Standards Index (PSI). There is also individual variation regarding the ability to tolerate air pollution. Most people would at most experience sneezing, running nose, eye irritation, dry throat and dry cough from the pollutants. They are mild and pose no danger to the health of the general population.

However, persons with medical problems like asthma, chronic lung disease, chronic sinusitis and allergic skin conditions are likely to be more affected by the haze and they may experience more severe symptoms. Children and the elderly in general are more likely to be affected. For some, symptoms may worsen with physical activities.

For persons under medical treatment, it is important that they take their medication regularly. Persons with chronic heart and lung problems are advised not to engage in outdoor sporting activities if the PSI is above 100. There is otherwise no need to take extraordinary precautions.

What to do when you have a haze induced health problem: The current haze related health problems are generally mild and can be treated easily. Eye irritation may be relieved by applying normal saline eyedrops which can be purchased from any pharmacy or medicine shop. Persons wearing contact lenses who experience eye irritation are advised to discontinue wearing contact lenses temporarily. Mild sneezing, running nose, dry throat and dry cough can be relieved by cold tablets or cough mixture, obtainable from any pharmacy where the pharmacist's advice can be sought.
